ABOUT ME
Toven Bella is a Grade 12 student at St. Augustine CHS preparing to graduate in June. He likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle playing a variety of sports including basketball, football, track & field, and swimming. His hobbies are cooking, playing guitar, and dancing.
From a young child in elementary school, he's always been interested in reading and writing. He believes that these two skills are essential in our work lives as we incorporate these skills on a daily basis.
Toven plans to take Psychology at Ryerson University this upcoming school year, then go to law school. He believes that there is satisfaction in being a lawyer as they drastically change a person’s life. ENG4U and English overall provide the basis of proper legal writings and arguments; which will ultimately determine a lawyer’s success.
This blog will explore what he has learned throughout several literary texts. It will cover connections including text-text, text-self, text-world and text-media.
